Ryan got his soccer ball and his lucky water bottle.

瑞安拿着足球和幸运水瓶。

He headed for the soccer field.

Good thing his mom was staying home with his little sister.

His mom loved watching soccer.

他妈妈喜欢看足球。

But Ryan's mom cheered louder than anyone.

she liked to jump around.

And she always put kissy notes in his pockets.

That was so embarrassing!

There were eight kids on Ryan's new team.

瑞安的新球队有八个孩子。

First they did warm-ups.

Then they did drills.

Soccer was fun.

But sometimes Ryan's feet got mixed up.

And sometimes he forgot about the no hands rule.

After practice, the coach said，

Ryan said.

"We are half boys and half girls."

Ryan's name got the most votes.

Dan gave him a high-five.

Ryan was very proud.

"Hey, your dad has a dairy farm.

“嘿，你爸爸有一个奶牛场吧。

Can he get team uniforms for us?" Ryan asked Dan.

他可以给我们弄到队服吗？”瑞安问丹。

"They could be black-and-white like dairy cows."

“它们可以做成和奶牛一样的黑白色的。”

Dan liked that idea.

丹也很喜欢这个想法。

So did everyone else.

其他所有人也都喜欢，

Except Katy.

除了凯蒂。

She was mad that her team name had not been chosen.

她取的队名没有被选中，很生气。
